They permit practices of those corporations using radiation in the medical and

and registration.

02KINS
(Korea Institute of Nuclear Safety)
KINS is a professional regulation agency and
is an affiliated organization of NSSC.
They inspect and review the nuclear installations and disposal of radioactive
materials.
They inspect the radiation used in both medical and industrial corporations including the radioactive wastes, methods of transportation, and the
operative facilities.

03KOFONS
(Korea Foundation of Nuclear Safety)
The foundation examines the status of imports and exports of radioactive isotopes and radiation generators in accordance with the Nuclear Safety Act. They prevent unauthorized distribution by reviewing the eligibility of those who report their imports and exports.
KOFONS is responsible for the development of nuclear safety policies, provision of support for international cooperation, legal education for nuclear and radiation safety, and management of the Nuclear Safety Regulations Fund.
